Its August, which means we’re beginning the stretch run towards the end of the baseball season. This is an exciting time of the year as division and wild card races tend to heat up as the temperature does. Teams will either begin to thrive, or crumble under the added pressure that a playoff race brings. So looks like Gimp is trying to steal some of my thunder and posted his top 5 most hated teams. A lot of what he said in his introductory paragrah is true there are many teams we all hate several reasons whether there be a story behind it or just simply random. Let me introduce myself, I’m Comic and as my friend Gimp stated in the maiden blog this is a blog about sports and other random stuff on our quest to become rich and famous. Probably won’t happen but the effort should be fun and if we can somehow make an income out of it and gain some noteriety (did I spell that right?) great! I’m going to get straight to the point of who I am, I’m probably going to be the guy you love to hate. Why you ask? Well simple I’m the guy who criticizes EVERYTHING. Like a recent trade your team made, I’ll tell you why it was a bad move. Think your team has a chance at the playoffs I’ll give you all the reasons why they won’t. Think you have a chance with a hot chick at a bar because she looked at you, I’ll let you know she’s looking at you cause you just spilled your drink on your pants making you look REAL bad for multiple reasons. I could have easily come to this blog as the hater seeing as how that is the nickname given to me everywhere I go. Now I won’t just come here with blinding random hate towards everything as gimp wrote about in one of his recent posts, I mean I will also have random hate as we all do when it comes to sports but I also like to backup most of hate with valid information. Now it won’t all be grim you’ll clearly be able to tell what teams I favor and what players I enjoy to watch cause I will have some positive posts but I’d be lying if I said I was a “glass half full” kind of guy. So as this blog grows I look forward to all of your hate pointed towards me as I spread my hate throughout all the teams and athletes YOU ALL love to watch…this should be fun.

Everyone has the teams they love. The teams they grew up rooting for their whole life. But when following the team you love, you encounter teams you hate. That you DESPISE. Teams that for one reason or another you can’t stand and wish nothing but ill will towards. There are two types of hate. Developmental Hate and Random Hate. Developmental Hate accumulates slowly over time. Hate that starts within you as nothing at all, but that can grow within you until it consumes you. Random Hate materializes out of thin air, usually for no reason at all, but is a typical experience for any sports fan. Follow me after the jump into my world of hate.

This is a space where we’ll share our thoughts and musings about the teams we love, the teams we hate, and other random shit that happens to cross our minds. We’ll interact with our fans (as soon as we get some), and perhaps one day this will turn into the cash cow we both dreamed of when we first came up with the idea. Ok maybe not. But even if we don’t end up as millionaires we’ll have fun doing what we do. Unless people decide to piss us off, in which case, fuck you in advance.
